This matters here. People reading this site may not want anyone to know.

MyAppeal has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies. It loads no third-party scripts or fonts.

Your theme, text size, saved cases, followed places, puzzle streak and the date of your last visit are stored only in your own browser. They are never sent to us. To erase them, clear this site’s data in your browser.

Like any website, our server handles the standard technical details of each request, such as your IP address, in order to deliver the page. We do not use them to identify readers.

If you share a device, or are using one in a facility, remember that your browser history may show the pages you visited. We send no email and collect no messages through this site.

If you write to justice@myappeal.ca, your message and email address go to an ordinary mailbox hosted by Zoho. It is not confidential the way a letter to your own lawyer is.
